About The Position
COAST is seeking a skilled Full-Time Second Shift Mechanic to help keep our fleet safe on the road. COAST mechanics inspect, repair, and service our fleet both on-site and during road calls as needed. This position plays an important role in keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and ready for service through routine preventive maintenance, accurate diagnostics, and quality repairs.
Requirements
- Possess the standard hand tools required to perform the job and have experience using them.
- Strong communication skills.
- Relevant experience troubleshooting and repairing diesel- and gasoline-powered vehicles.
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with air brake endorsement.
- Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate.
Nice To Haves
- Passenger Endorsement on CDL (must obtain within six months of hire if not possessed).
Responsibilities
