About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a subcontractor to provide and implement a web-based fleet management system for Union County. This system will manage asset records, work orders, preventive maintenance, parts inventory, fuel and mileage tracking, and cost reporting. The subcontractor will be responsible for the software, hosting, licensing, data migration, configuration, training, and ongoing support and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide a supported fleet management platform and disclose the software, hosting, and licensing model.
• Map and migrate current and historical fleet records.
• Configure workflows and permissions.
• Validate converted data.
• Deliver administrator and user training.
• Provide implementation documentation, support, maintenance, and service commitments.
• Explain access for data-entry and view-only users and treatment of inactive assets.
• Provide itemized implementation, data conversion, training, annual license, and other one-time or recurring charges.
