About The Position

Transport Refrigeration Services, Inc. is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead daily operations at its Monroe, Georgia service location. The position oversees shop teams across multiple shifts and focuses on reducing downtime, improving shop efficiency, delivering quality customer service, and maintaining high safety standards. The manager also supports hands-on shop work during peak periods and promotes a positive, high-performance team culture.

Requirements

• Management or supervisory experience in a large fleet, diesel, or trailer repair shop; 3+ years preferred.
• Experience conducting employee reviews.
• Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, trailer systems, and transport refrigeration units.
• Experience with DOT and OSHA compliance and repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Obtain a toolbox and required tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
