About The Position

The Fleet Maintenance & Detailing Associate cleans, charges, inspects, and maintains vehicles for daily fleet operations. This is a hands-on role suited to candidates with automotive detailing, vehicle maintenance, or basic mechanical experience. The position is full-time contract and on-site in Austin, Texas, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Pay is $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance checks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor or garage environments.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work the scheduled afternoon/evening shift.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive detailing, car washing, fleet maintenance, or light mechanical repairs.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors.
• Charge vehicles and prepare them for daily dispatch.
• Perform basic inspections of tires, lights, fluids, and wipers.
• Complete light maintenance, including replacing bulbs and wiper blades.
• Promptly report mechanical issues and safety concerns.
• Move vehicles safely and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
