We are searching for a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator, responsible for providing support to our Director of Fleet Maintenance, Shop Foremen, and mechanics at all Village Travel locations. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Previous experience in the automotive or heavy-duty equipment industries.
Proficient with computers and learning new software.
Knowledgeable in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.

Nice To Haves

Technical experience in bus, heavy truck, agricultural, aircraft, or automotive equipment fields.

Responsibilities

Manage, close, and audit all work orders for all necessary details.
Maintain complete and accurate service history for all fleet vehicles.
Promote a clean and safe shop environment.
Complete monthly mileage and tire reports.
Keep accurate inventory of shop tools and coordinate transfers among locations.
Manage mechanic and detailer uniform program and ensure all have proper PPE.
Provide insurance repair estimates for Safety Department.
Manage documentation from outside service providers.
Manage MSDS documentation.
Track manufacturer recalls and service bulletins.
Create and track all warranty claims and follow up with vendors to ensure fair and timely reimbursement.
Occasional travel to other company locations.
Other duties as assigned.
