About The Position

The Fleet Maintenance Clerk will be reporting directly to the Regional Manager, Fleet Maintenance, and will work to provide various levels of support to our Vendor and Customer billing requirements. The ideal candidate will have a passion to become an expert on all fleet maintenance processing and billing operations as it pertains to Titanium and within the transportation industry.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of High School Diploma
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficient with the use of a computer, including Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work with and manage confidential information and use independent judgment
  • Proven experience dissecting information in all forms and compiling data to allow for efficiency analysis

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within the transportation industry, with knowledge of associated laws and regulations
  • Experience working with TMT software
  • Education or experience in a billing or finance role

Responsibilities

  • Assist with regular data entry requirements for service-related reporting management
  • Verify the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy
  • Verify the Paperwork (POD) is correct/legible
  • Ensure each customer’s specific requirements have been met prior to sending the bill
  • Work with Finance to address abnormalities in billing
