About The Position

The Uber Processor is responsible for ensuring that all Uber markets are updated with current registrations and inspections to the Uber portal, in a timely and accurate manner. Responds to incoming e-mails promptly, providing all necessary research and documentation needed. In addition, uses the chatbot to resolve any issues encountered within the Uber portal.

Requirements

• Punctual and reliable
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Detail oriented
• Able to type a minimum of 35 wpm
• Ability to work within different computer programs simultaneously.
• Can follow multi-step directions
• High School degree/GED required
• 3-5 years data entry experience, customer service skills required.
• Must be PC literate (MS office/Excel)
• Excellent data entry skills, multi-tasking, and organizational skills, good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

• Good analytical skills and some macro knowledge are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize excel spreadsheet for monthly renewals.
• Search in multiple portals to find registrations and/or inspections.
• Uploads registrations and/or inspections into Uber portal, ensure that the submissions are approved.
• Upload documents into DMP.
• Sends and reply to emails.
• Attend meetings to discuss processes and ways to improve productivity.
