About The Position

The Fleet & Facilities Associate supports day-to-day fleet and facility operations at the site, ensuring vehicles, equipment, and facility systems are maintained, inspected, and operationally ready. This is a hands-on role responsible for executing preventative maintenance tasks, completing inspections, supporting repairs, and maintaining site organization. The Associate works closely with the Site lead to ensure consistent execution of infrastructure programs, accurate system data, and reliable operational support.

Requirements

  • Perform daily fleet and facility tasks, including maintenance, cleaning, organization, and equipment readiness
  • Ensure vehicles are compliant, stocked, and road-ready for daily operations
  • Verify completion of pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects
  • Support preventative maintenance programs and complete assigned tasks on schedule
  • Assist with equipment upkeep, including proper charging and usage of warehouse equipment
  • Conduct routine vehicle, equipment, and facility inspections
  • Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance needs, or compliance issues
  • Assist with coordinating vendors for repairs and maintenance and prepare areas for service
  • Report vendor issues or incomplete work to the Site lead
  • Accurately log inspections, defects, and maintenance activities in systems (e.g., Whip Around)
  • Support tracking of repairs, maintenance tasks, and asset status
  • Maintain organization and tracking of tools, equipment, and supplies
  • Support inventory management and restock supplies as needed
  • Assist in maintaining audit readiness and compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company standards
  • Support daily site operations to ensure smooth execution
  • Follow safety protocols and participate in safety programs
  • Report unsafe conditions and support corrective actions
  • Participate in training and certification as required
  • Collaborate with the Site lead and team to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
