Although this position is remote, the selected candidate must reside in a location that is centrally situated relative to the power plant assets in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Ohio to ensure effective support and travel logistics. Opportunity Summary The Fleet Environmental Compliance Manager provides leadership and support for the Heritage Project, a diverse fleet of 16 power generation facilities across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Ohio. This role partners with site EH&S personnel and plant management to drive fleet-wide environmental compliance, standardization, oversight of processes, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring consistency in regulatory programs and reporting. This remote/work-from-home position is a critical leadership role offering the opportunity to lead impactful Environmental, Health, & Safety (EH&S) initiatives across a diverse portfolio of generating technologies and operating environments. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical resource, collaborating with stakeholders across the fleet and traveling up to 30% of the time to provide onsite support for plant operations, compliance programs, audits, and strategic projects.
