This role engages in content teachbacks and cofacilitation of training content for Driver Trainees with senior leaders, providing feedback to participants and Fleet Development leadership. The facilitator conducts facilitation audits, One Best Way consistency tours, and ensures compliance with training content and processes in Regional Training Centers. They also participate in Fleet Development content development and reviews, conduct assessment reviews to validate content accuracy, and support the adoption of structural and change initiatives by educating associates and Driver Trainees. The position involves delivering training classes, monitoring virtual reality training utilization, staying informed on One Best Way processes, and implementing training for specialty and change initiatives. Additionally, the facilitator provides training and follow-up for Fleet Development Trainers, supervises and develops associates through hiring, training, and mentoring, and fosters a sense of belonging. The role requires demonstrating expertise, providing advice, building partnerships, and modeling compliance with company policies and values.
