About The Position

Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage equipment numbering, fleet asset setup, and fleet data integrity within fleet management systems. This role supports purchase order creation, maintenance, release, and procurement activities. The Fleet Coordinator will also coordinate equipment transfers, deliveries, and fleet logistics across branches, resolving shipment issues as needed. Additionally, they will communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders, generate reports, provide administrative support for fleet operations, and assist with process improvement initiatives and the development of fleet documentation and SOPs. Requirements

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required to communicate, gather, and analyze information.
Highly organized and capable of switching tasks and priorities depending on the needs of the department
Be an efficient and effective communicator with employees and customers
Quickly analyze problems and develop, communicate, and implement solutions

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a coordinative role is preferred
Buyer experience preferred

Responsibilities

Generate reports and provide administrative support for fleet operations activities
Assist with process improvement initiatives and the development and maintenance of fleet documentation and SOPs
