About The Position

Holz Motors, a family-owned Chevrolet dealership proudly serving Southeast Wisconsin since 1914, is seeking an experienced and driven Fleet & Commercial Director to lead and grow our commercial sales division. With two established locations in Hales Corners and Watertown, we have built a strong reputation rooted in integrity, customer service, respect, and teamwork—and we’re ready to take our fleet business to the next level. This is a high-impact leadership position focused on developing new business relationships while maintaining and expanding our extensive base of loyal commercial and fleet customers. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated automotive sales professional who thrives on building connections within the surrounding business community.

Requirements

• Proven success in automotive sales (fleet/commercial experience preferred)
• Strong networking and business development skills
• Self-starter with a high level of energy and professionalism
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow fleet and commercial sales in Southeast Wisconsin
• Build relationships with local businesses, municipalities, and organizations
• Manage and expand an existing book of commercial and fleet clients
• Lead the sales process from prospecting through delivery and follow-up
• Collaborate with dealership leadership to drive profitability and market share
• Stay current on Chevrolet commercial vehicle offerings and industry trends
