About The Position

This Operations position directs activities related to the maintenance, repair, and appearance of the facility, fleet shop, outside grounds, office space, beverage department, security, power industrial equipment, and third-party providers. The role includes managing expenses, ensuring compliance with government regulations, maintaining the safety and security of the building, its contents, and people, and providing management and direction to beverage, fleet, and facility maintenance staff.

Requirements

• Valid state Driver's License and proof of liability coverage meeting Company standards.
• Complete a Sysco-approved defensive driving program.
• Level 1 Ammonia Operation Certification.
• HAZWOPER 24-hour training.
• Incident Commander Training, or obtain it within 12 months.
• Certificates, licenses, and registrations in refrigeration.
• Obtain a Powered Industrial Equipment Certification from Sysco within 3 months.

Nice To Haves

• Certificate in diesel engines, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and braking systems.
• Certificate in fleet trade/mechanic.
