About The Position

As a Fleet Analyst at West Shore Home, you will maintain the day-to-day operations of fleet, analyzing and reporting through various systems on all fleet related functions and maintaining an up-to-date listing of all vehicles and their locations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

• Good problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of their application on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

• Familiar with telematics platforms for tracking and reporting on vehicles including compliance metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day fleet operations between all fleet related vendors, customers and branch locations to facilitate all fleet vehicle requirements.
• Track and ensure all vehicle requirements are met according to local, state, and federal guidelines and Department of Transportation compliance.
• Schedule inventory actions to include procurement, transfers, disposition and after-market upfitting.
• Assist with transfers, licensing, registrations, and insurance updates.
