Summary/Objective: The Fleet Administrator oversees the complete lifecycle management of the company’s vehicle fleet. Responsibilities include vehicle registration and titling, fuel program administration, vendor negotiations, GPS tracking management, asset replacement planning, and coordination of vehicle branding to ensure compliance and efficiency across all fleet operations. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with two to five years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation operations.
  • Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in logistics, transportation, business, or a related field, or 2–3 years of related industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience using telematics and GPS tracking systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage vehicle registrations, titles, renewals, and ensure compliance with all state and local regulations.
  • Ensure vehicles are properly equipped, documented, and ready for deployment.
  • Maintain accurate and current records for all fleet assets.
  • Administer and monitor the company’s fuel program, including tracking usage and identifying trends.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor relationships for vehicles, fuel, maintenance, and related services.
  • Coordinate fleet assignments and deployment to new and existing employees.
  • Implement and oversee GPS tracking systems across the fleet.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports for fleet-related expenses.
  • Manage design, production, and installation of vehicle graphics and branding to ensure consistency with company standards.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
