About The Position
Traffic Engineering Services (TES), a Helix Traffic Solutions company, is hiring a Flagger to support safe and efficient vehicle and pedestrian movement at construction sites. This in-person position reports to TES’s Allentown, Pennsylvania yard, where employees are transported to the worksite. TES provides entry-level flagger training and advanced traffic control courses. Highway experience is a plus. A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong communication skills to direct traffic and coordinate with team members.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety.

Responsibilities
