About The Position

StenTech is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fixture Assembler to join our team at our San Jose, CA tooling facility. This is an entry-level position, and previous fixture assembly or manufacturing experience is not required. On-the-job training will be provided. The Fixture Assembler is responsible for assembling and preparing fixture and tooling components according to established work instructions and quality requirements. This position is well suited for someone who has strong attention to detail, and is interested in learning manufacturing and tooling processes.

Willingness and ability to learn new processes and procedures.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or hands-on work experience is a plus, but not required.
Basic familiarity with hand tools is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assemble fixtures and tooling components according to established work instructions and specifications.
Use basic hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks.
Fit, position, and secure components as required during the assembly process.
Perform visual inspections of components and completed assemblies to identify defects or inconsistencies.
Maintain accurate organization of parts, materials, and completed assemblies.
Learn fixture assembly processes and equipment through provided on-the-job training.
Communicate any quality concerns, damaged components, or production issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Assist with other production or manufacturing duties as needed.
