About The Position

Titleist is seeking a personable, motivated Fitting Specialist to support the Southern Massachusetts territory. The role delivers club-fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist fitting activations, helping golfers identify equipment suited to their performance. As a Titleist brand ambassador, the specialist uses fitting technology and product expertise to make personalized recommendations, coordinates event logistics, and builds relationships with golfers. The position supports approximately 75 events per season, primarily Tuesday through Saturday.

This is an hourly contract position payrolled through a third-party staffing agency. Any benefits associated with the position are provided through the staffing agency.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of club-fitting experience.
• Passion for golf performance and equipment technology.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong Titleist or golf equipment product knowledge and confident presentation abilities.
• Experience using fitting technology, including TrackMan and mobile applications.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation capable of carrying fitting and display equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs multiple times per day.
• Ability to stand and work outdoors for 5–8 hours per day in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and Social Security Card.

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
