Fitting Specialist (St. Louis, MO) | Titleist
About The Position
Titleist is seeking a dynamic, personable, and highly motivated Fitting Specialist to support the St. Louis, Missouri territory. The specialist delivers exceptional club-fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist fitting activations, helping golfers find equipment that maximizes their performance. As a Titleist brand ambassador, the specialist uses fitting technology and product expertise to provide personalized recommendations, coordinates event logistics, and builds relationships with golfers. The role supports approximately 120–125 events per season, primarily Tuesday through Saturday. This is an hourly contract position payrolled through a third-party staffing agency. Any benefits associated with the position would be provided through the staffing agency.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of club-fitting experience.
- Passion for golf performance and equipment technology.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong Titleist or golf-equipment product knowledge and confident presentation abilities.
- Experience using fitting technology, including TrackMan and mobile applications.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation capable of carrying fitting and display equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs multiple times per day.
- Comfort working outdoors and standing for 5–8 hours per day in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and Social Security card.
