About The Position
Böhme is seeking fit models to support its product development process by trying on factory apparel samples and providing feedback. Fit models help ensure garments meet the brand’s standards for fit, comfort, and quality. The current need is for models whose measurements align with Madewell size 4 (Small): bust 35 inches, waist 28 inches, low hip 38 inches, and height 5 feet 4 inches to 5 feet 7 inches. Measurements are used solely to assess alignment with garments, and guidance on taking measurements will be provided during the application or casting process. The role requires availability Monday through Thursday for approximately 20 hours per week. Previous modeling experience is not required. Starting pay is $25 per hour, and employee discount perks are offered.
