This role involves performing a wide variety of fiscal duties related to the proffer administration work program. Key responsibilities include maintaining an automated database for monetary contributions and accounts payable, providing reconciliation, reconciling daily receipts, preparing reports, and researching discrepancies. The position also serves as a backup accounts payable specialist. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry and accounting skills, knowledge of accounting software, be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to interpret and apply financial policies, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Maintaining well-kept, audit-ready files and the ability to analyze needs, conduct research, and formulate solutions are crucial.
