The specialist will maintain and monitor grant and budgetary controls, ensure account balance accuracy, and request necessary documentation and clarification from vendors. Additionally, the role may involve serving as a timekeeper, assisting the Fiscal Manager with financial reports, preparing annual reports for auditing, designing accounting forms, and potentially assisting in training or assuming lead worker responsibilities.
