About The Position
The Fiscal & Budget Officer (Administrative Officer) will work directly with the Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) and provides a range of professional services and resource allocations including budgeting and fiscal management. This position also includes, revenue reconciliation and reporting, and a variety of other duties in support of ongoing Division operations and activities. The Fiscal & Budget Officer will be a key member of the management team so the ability to evaluate operations, make guided and accurate decisions, and plan for long range projects and operations is necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Three years of experience in the agency services or related field
- Self-motivated
- Strong work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of the concepts and theories of business management principles
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Knowledge of operational and program budgeting and revenue projection techniques
- Knowledge of customer services standards
- Knowledge of effective business communication strategies
- Knowledge of inventory control
