Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and enforcing provider compliance with applicable contract terms and conditions
  • evaluating provider performance
  • informing management of issues related to service delivery
  • reviewing and approving established performance benchmarks
  • ensuring the accurate processing of invoices
  • maintaining complete, accurate, current, and well-organized records
  • coordinating with the Provider Liaison to recommend technical assistance and training for providers on an as-needed basis
  • assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of corrective action plans when necessary
  • evaluating provider effectiveness and recommend improvements to ensure optimal service delivery, particularly when concerns are identified during the invoice review and approval process.
