The Fiscal Administrator will be an integral part of the leadership team of a mid-sized social service agency. This role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of client and agency data, possessing thorough knowledge of all TEEG services, and making inter-agency referrals as necessary. Key duties include copying, faxing, emailing, scanning, and filing physical and/or electronic records, accurate and timely data entry and reporting, and attending required meetings, supervision, trainings, and professional development opportunities. The Fiscal Administrator must comply with outlined policies, procedures, and agency culture, representing TEEG positively in all public venues. A crucial responsibility is the accurate and timely logging of monetary and/or in-kind donations directly received.
