About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a FIRST-LINE FACILITIES MULTI SERVICES MANAGER (Level K) to join our MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS SUPPORT & LOGISTICS (MOS&L) team supporting the 737 Program based in RENTON, WASHINGTON on 3rd Shift. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative team. The successful candidate will manage work teams with varied work statements, Crane Operations and Production Assist. The manager candidate will be flexible to work across all shifts for future assignments, special projects, and overtime as needed based on our business needs.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”

Nice To Haves

1+ years of experience using Boeing Production System (BPS)
1+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, guiding, and leading teams

Responsibilities

Develops and executes Standard Work and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management and leads process improvements
Follows and implements the Boeing Production System
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports
Manages, develops and motivates employees utilizing the Boeing Production System
