About The Position

Ahern is seeking a Fire Systems Technician (Fire Alarm/Special Hazards Technician) to join their team in Mason City, IA. This role involves the inspection, service, and commissioning of fire alarm and special hazards fire suppression systems. The technician will work under the guidance of a Superintendent and ensure all work adheres to safety, design, budget, and schedule parameters. A significant aspect of the role includes interacting with customers and providing excellent service to ensure their satisfaction and future business with Ahern.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
