About The Position

The Fire Sprinkler Support Technician assists technicians with fire sprinkler system installations and supports service work under direct supervision. The role performs basic tasks while learning industry standards, safety procedures, and company protocols. Work may take place at commercial, industrial, and construction job sites, with travel to sites as required. The technician does not independently perform jobs and carries out assigned tasks under direction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No minimum experience required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
• Clean driving record and active driver’s license if driving is required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist service technicians with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of fire sprinkler systems.
• Use hand tools and testing equipment under direct supervision.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Observe and learn proper service and repair techniques.
• Support documentation and reporting processes as directed.
• Work collaboratively with team members on active job sites.
• Perform assigned tasks without independently performing jobs.
• Travel to job sites as required.
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
