About The Position

This is a working supervisory position responsible for supervising and providing hands-on service and maintenance on fire sprinkler systems in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements. Approximately 50% of the time is spent in the field supervising projects, and 50% of the time is spent in the office ordering parts/materials, handling billing, scheduling, and other administrative duties. The role also requires maintaining the company vehicle in accordance with company procedures, ensuring it is clean and organized, and protecting company assets. This position is located in the Arlington, TX office.

Requirements

  • Prior fire sprinkler experience
  • Prior experience scheduling projects/labor, overseeing projects, ordering parts/materials and handling billing
  • A valid driver’s license and a current and sustainable good driving record
  • A strong work ethic and professional appearance
  • Excellent selling, communications, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to fit in with our culture of teamwork
  • Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
  • MVR checks are required for all driving positions.

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory experience preferred, but not required
  • Applicable experience either in the fire protection industry or the commercial customer service business in some capacity
  • An ability to provide services across multiple product lines

Responsibilities
