About The Position

ProSidian seeks a Fire Protection Project Manager for Program Support on an Exempt 1099 Contract basis. This role involves hybrid work (on/off client site and virtual) in CONUS - Mid-Atlantic and Southeast (North Charleston, SC) and the Western United States (Vandenberg Space Force Base, California). The position is aligned with GSA Labor Category: Program Manager and focuses on engineering services, compliance, and risk management solutions for clients like the U.S. Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (Navy / NIWC Atlantic). The role requires coordinating engineering priorities, stakeholder decisions, schedules, and resources to advance facility safety and modernization, including Fire Protection Project Management and SRM Planning. The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic is seeking fire protection engineering support for facilities in South Carolina, Virginia, and other CONUS locations.

Requirements

Relevant bachelor’s degree and engineering project coordination experience are recommended.
Experience coordinating engineering services, multi-site stakeholders and scope controls.
Scheduling, scope definition, stakeholder coordination, action tracking, travel planning, spreadsheet reporting.
Prioritization, communication, resource discipline, issue escalation, delivery accountability.

PMP is desirable, not required by the PWS.

Responsibilities

Provide Defense and National Security Sector related Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual Engineering Services for Navy | NIWC Fire Protection Engineer Services and Support as a Labor Category: Program Manager.
Coordinate SRM planning, review priorities, site access, travel, and AHJ interfaces.
Track review status and unresolved decisions.
Support scheduling as a proposed delivery method.
