About The Position

Perform intermediate grinding and finishing tasks to established procedures and quality standards. This role involves grinding and finishing units, including chipping, tacking, preparing, and cleaning. The Finishing Tech will also inspect for proper placement of welds and identify missing welds according to the print, complete audit forms as required, and load carts for movement to the stage area. Operation of a hoist is also a responsibility.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (read and understand).

Nice To Haves

• Basic sandblasting and/or grinding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grind and finish units including chipping, tacking, preparing, cleaning.
