About The Position
Finishing Tech - Weekend Shift Department: Grind Shift: Weekend Shift (Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM) Reports To: Production Supervisor Help Create Premium Fitness Equipment Do you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality finished products? Join our Fabrication team as a Grinder and play an important role in ensuring every component meets the high standards our customers expect.
Requirements
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Grinding, metal finishing, or sandblasting experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and engineering prints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading and understanding).
- Dependability, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

- Grinding, metal finishing, or sandblasting experience
Responsibilities
- Grind, clean, and finish welded components using established procedures.
- Perform chipping, tacking, surface preparation, and cleaning as required.
- Inspect parts for proper weld placement, completeness, and quality using engineering prints.
- Complete quality audit forms and required production documentation.
- Load finished parts onto carts and move materials to staging areas.
- Safely operate hoists and other material-handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Support other production activities as assigned.
