About The Position

Isola is hiring a Finishing Lead for its Chandler, Arizona location. The role reviews and tracks production orders on the warehouse floor, including product types, quantities, specifications, and scheduled delivery dates, to help meet departmental KPIs. The Finishing Lead plans and coordinates production activities, supports product quality and manufacturing schedules, addresses operational issues, and communicates area status and priorities. The position works A Shift: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM Sunday through Tuesday, plus every other Wednesday. Extended shifts and weekend work are required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in reading, writing, and oral communication.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends and support other shifts as needed.
• For internal applicants: successful completion of the 90-day new-hire or newly transferred probationary period, unless otherwise approved by the employee’s direct supervisor.
• For internal applicants: good standing at the time of application; an active Written Warning or Final Written Warning means the employee is not considered in good standing. Written Warnings remain active for six months from issuance.
• For internal applicants: meet ongoing workplace expectations for performance, conduct, attendance, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per shift, bend, reach, and grasp frequently, and lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees fulfill their EHS responsibilities and set an example for the team.
• Plan production operations and establish manufacturing priorities and sequences.
• Prepare operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and product quality meet specifications.
• Review production reports and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to minimize costs and prevent delays.
• Communicate area status and priorities through verbal and written passdowns.
• Assist the Operations Supervisor and Production Manager with other assigned duties.
• Review and track production orders and product data to help meet departmental KPIs.
