About The Position

C.C. Creations, the largest printing and embroidery company in the state of Texas, is hiring a FINISHING DEPARTMENT FLOOR LEAD to join an ambitious and growing team. A Finishing Department Lead assists the Finishing Department Manager in maximizing productivity through increased personnel motivation, leadership, and logistical planning. Employees at C.C. Requirements

Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with various departments
Motivation to be a team player with a service-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment
Ability to read and understand English
Physical ability to stand/walk on concrete surface for complete shift
Physical ability to bend, twist, and lift 20-50 pounds multiple times a day
Physical ability to maneuver a pallet jack, dolly, rolling cart, or push bucket

Responsibilities

Send packing information to all customers
Ensure all orders are processed by due date
Train employees in operations of the department
Account for incorrect shipments in operational systems and ensure proper shipment status
Hold daily meetings to discuss and implement process improvements
Follows all safety and operational procedures.
Ensures proper cleanliness of the department and equipment
Notify Production Supervisor/Manager if any disciplinary actions are necessary
Assist with other department positions as necessary
Other duties as assigned.
