About The Position

We are looking for a mechanically inclined Finishing Assistant who takes ownership of technology to meet production goals. You will thrive here if you are a "fixer" who wants to understand how machines work and takes pride in high-quality, "zero-defect" results.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical curiosity and the ability to measure close tolerances.
• A track record of dependability and a "Safety-First" mindset.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and flexibility to work overtime or shift priorities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine set-ups, changeovers, and monitor machine performance to ensure products meet exact specifications.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions to find root causes rather than "band-aid" fixes.
• Accurately record operating data and downtime using computer applications (MFG Pro).
• Work with your team to improve safety, quality, and 5S standards.
