About The Position

Assemblers are responsible for performing various assembly operations of plastic parts and components. While performing the duties of the position, Assemblers are responsible for maintaining a high degree of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for adhering to production schedule.
• Responsible for creating labels for each job and run production.
• Providing finished skids of product to shipping department for final preparation.
• Maintains an open line of communication to assure all problems and changes are communicated and resolved in a timely manner.
• Work with co-workers and lead to ensure material inventories are maintained for uninterrupted operation.
• Follow all work instructions and quality control documentation.
• As requested, assist other team members in cross-training and conduct on the job training of other associates.
• Actively participates in Continuous Improvement teams and activities, including 6S & safety.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
