About The Position

As a Finisher 1, you will support the production process by organizing and placing materials, products, and parts within the production line and in trailers under construction. You will collaborate with various teams to help maintain a smooth workflow and produce high-quality output. The position is based at the PJ Texas Manufacturing Facility in Sumner, Texas, and works second-shift hours from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues.
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials.
Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of hand and power tools.

Nice To Haves

Zero to one year of relevant experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Organize and move materials, products, and parts to designated areas within trailers under construction.
Assemble equipment, structures, and product components according to specifications.
Perform rework and refinishing tasks to improve product quality.
Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assist with assembly.
Prepare parts, items, and products for subsequent production steps.
Clean production areas and equipment, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
