About The Position

As a Finished Goods Operator at Monster Energy, you work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling inventory and supporting shipping and receiving operations. You help ensure trucks are loaded and unloaded accurately, orders are pulled correctly, and products are inspected before shipment. The role also includes organizing inventory, supporting order and shipment changes, and coordinating with Purchasing so shipments are executed correctly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three years of warehouse experience.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and other shipping systems.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle and inventory counts.
• Review inbound and outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations.
• Verify materials on hand and project material needs to meet shipment schedules.
• Assist shipping and receiving by loading and unloading trucks and inspecting merchandise.
• Inspect products for damage and report findings to Inventory.
• Complete equipment safety checks to ensure safe operations.
• Perform daily Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) cleaning tasks.
• Participate in inventory processing for cancellations and order changes.
• Organize inventory for easy retrieval and put away incoming loads or products being shipped out.
• Work closely with the Purchasing department to ensure shipments are executed correctly.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for returned goods.
