About The Position

As a Finished Goods Operator at Monster Energy, you will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring trucks are loaded and unloaded accurately, orders are pulled correctly, and products are inspected before shipping. The role includes inventory management, shipment coordination, safe equipment operation, and maintaining daily cleaning practices under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will also work with the Purchasing department and develop standard operating procedures for returned goods.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
One to three years of warehouse experience.
Strong working knowledge of SAP and other shipping systems.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle and inventory counts.
Review inbound and outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations.
Verify materials on hand and project material needs to meet shipment schedules.
Load and unload trucks and inspect merchandise in the shipping and receiving area.
Inspect products for damage and report damaged items to inventory.
Complete safety checks on equipment to ensure safe operations.
Perform daily cleaning tasks in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Process inventory cancellations and order changes.
Organize inventory for easy retrieval and put away inventory as loads arrive or ship out.
Work closely with the Purchasing department to ensure shipments are executed correctly.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for returned goods.
