About The Position

The Finished Goods Operator executes warehouse job assignments efficiently, safely, and professionally. Daily duties include loading and unloading trucks, pulling orders, and inspecting products before shipment. The role also supports inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, equipment safety, and warehouse organization.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Between 1 and 3 years of warehouse experience.
Strong working knowledge of SAP and other shipping systems.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification is listed as a preferred certification.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle and inventory counts.
Review inbound and outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations.
Verify materials on hand and project material needs to meet shipment schedules.
Load and unload trucks and inspect merchandise in the shipping and receiving area.
Inspect products for damage and report damage to inventory.
Complete equipment safety checks to help ensure safe operations.
Perform daily Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) cleaning tasks.
Participate in processing inventory cancellations and order changes.
Organize inventory for easy retrieval and put away incoming loads or goods scheduled to ship.
Work closely with the Purchasing department to ensure shipments are executed correctly.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for returned goods.
