About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role is designed for individuals to obtain their Securities Industry licenses, including SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 exams, through dedicated training programs. Upon licensing, the role focuses on developing foundational skills in client relationship management, understanding complex financial situations, and providing advice and solutions. The position involves working in a financial center to deliver core banking and investment solutions, with opportunities for progression to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II and other roles within Bank of America and Merrill. The role requires adherence to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks and registration with the federal registry system for residential loan mortgage originations. Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
