About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role is designed for individuals to obtain their Securities Industry licenses, including the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 Exams, with dedicated training and support. Upon licensing, you will learn foundational skills for client relationship management, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, assessing financial needs, and providing advice and solutions. The role involves working in a financial center to deliver core banking and investment solutions, and providing excellent client care. Successful progression leads to the Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II role, focusing on growing and deepening client relationships within a portfolio. The Academy provides ongoing support, tools, and resources throughout your career journey. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, which includes federal registry system registration and background checks. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in immediate termination.

Requirements

  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
