About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA) Stage I role is an entry-level position focused on obtaining necessary securities licenses and developing foundational advisory skills. Upon obtaining licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66), the individual will learn to acquire, build, and manage client relationships, assess financial needs, and provide guidance and solutions. The role involves working in a financial center to deliver core banking and investment solutions. Successful performance leads to progression to FSA Stage II, with further opportunities within Bank of America and Merrill. The role requires registration under the SAFE Act, involving background checks and federal registry submission.

  • Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
  • Must obtain SIE within 30 days of hire.
  • Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 days of hire.
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
