About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role is an entry-level position focused on obtaining necessary Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66) through dedicated training. Upon licensure, the role involves learning foundational advisory skills, including client relationship management, understanding financial needs, and providing advice. The FSA I will work in a financial center, delivering core banking and investment solutions. Successful progression leads to the Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II role, focusing on growing and deepening client relationships. The Academy provides ongoing support and resources throughout the career journey. This position requires SAFE Act registration, including a background check and federal registry submission, with failure to maintain registration potentially leading to termination.

  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.

  • Must obtain SIE within 30 days of hire.
  • Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

  • Recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners.
  • Connect clients to solutions provided by Bank of America and Merrill.
