About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role begins with dedicated training to obtain securities industry licenses: the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams. After licensing, the advisor develops foundational skills in acquiring, building, and managing client relationships; understanding clients’ financial circumstances; and providing advice and solutions. At key development milestones, the advisor begins working in a financial center, helping deliver Bank of America’s banking and investment solutions and client care. The position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including registration with the federal registry system and completion of the required background check and registration process. Failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in termination. Successful Stage I advisors typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where they grow and deepen relationships within a client portfolio. The Academy provides training, coaching, programs, tools, and resources throughout the career journey. The position is in an office-based environment, with attendance requirements and role-specific flexibility. The employee will train at one financial center and may initially work in a phone-based capacity until a permanent center location within a reasonable commuting distance is determined, as permitted by law. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required; the role is 40 hours per week.
