Successful licensed Financial Solutions Advisors Stage I typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where they grow and deepen relationships within a client portfolio. Further advancement opportunities are available across Bank of America and Merrill. The role is subject to SAFE Act registration, including registration with the federal registry system and the required background check; failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in termination. The position is open across the South OC market. The specific financial center location is based on business needs. The employee will train at one financial center and may initially work in a phone-based capacity until a financial center location within a reasonable commuting distance is determined, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays, first shift, 40 hours per week. The role is based at the Dana Point, California market listing; Bank of America describes an in-office culture with expectations based on role responsibilities and business needs.
