The Financial Services Representative supports Fidelity customers while developing a foundation for a career in financial planning and advice. The role begins with paid training and preparation for FINRA licensing exams: SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66. Fidelity provides paid study time four days a week, licensing coaches, structured study plans, and dedicated support. Successful completion of all required exams is necessary. During onboarding, the representative assists customers by phone with account-balance questions, withdrawals and transfers, identifying resources, and placing trades. The initial work arrangement is four days remote and one day per week in the Investor Center. After onboarding, the representative transitions to working onsite in the Investor Center each day. Before that transition, additional time remotely supporting inbound customers may be possible based on business needs. The role includes weekly time for development, networking, and training, and provides a path into Fidelity’s wealth management development track and future planning roles. Fidelity provides the training and career coaching needed to build customer-service skills, prepare for licensing exams, and explore career opportunities. A finance background or college degree is not required. Fidelity states that it will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position. The position is subject to applicable laws and regulations concerning certain criminal histories.
