About The Position

AudioNova is seeking Audiologists and Hearing Instrument Specialists to provide patient-centered hearing care at its Hilton Head, South Carolina clinic. The role is open to experienced audiologists, licensed hearing instrument specialists, and Audiology externs. AudioNova describes a supportive, mission-driven environment with training, mentorship, and career pathways. The position involves assessing patients’ hearing, recommending treatment and products, educating patients about hearing technology, and supporting clinic operations. Compensation is $70,000–$80,000, plus a sales incentive plan and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

Hearing Aid Dispensing License in the state of South Carolina.

Nice To Haves

Doctorate in Audiology preferred.
Third- and fourth-year Audiology externs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Perform patient hearing test assessments, analyze results, and recommend treatment and product options.
Address patient questions and concerns about the benefits of hearing aid use.
Discuss hearing instrument pricing and explain the value of hearing health care, services, and long-term hearing aid use.
Conduct community outreach to generate new patient referrals.
Teach patients to use new technology to meet their hearing goals.
Perform hearing aid repairs, checks, and cleanings.
Adjust fitted products and follow company quality standards and guidelines to maximize product performance and address patient concerns or objections.
Work with clinic staff to help ensure smooth office operations.
