• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account services.
• Open and maintain member accounts.

• Guide members through the loan application process.
• Help members understand products and services that fit their needs.
• Build trusted relationships with members and the Rugby community.
• Recommend solutions that support members' financial goals.
