Numerica Credit Union is hiring one Financial Service Representative at Level 1 or Level 2, depending on experience, for the Hayden Branch. Both levels focus on providing exceptional member service and financial guidance, building relationships, and supporting the credit union’s mission to enhance lives, fulfill dreams, and build communities. The position reports to the Branch Manager and is non-exempt. At Level 1, the role is an entry-level pathway into retail banking. Working under direct supervision, the representative assists members with accounts, consumer loans, and everyday transactions; opens and maintains accounts; supports consumer and HELOC applications; and develops basic knowledge of credit union products and services. The role includes learning sales and relationship-building skills through training and coaching. At Level 2, the representative works with minimal supervision and manages a growing book of business. This experienced role involves developing lasting member relationships, providing guidance across consumer and small-business banking, opening personal and business accounts, analyzing lending opportunities, managing loan applications through closing and follow-up, and helping less experienced team members. The representative is expected to balance service excellence with business development and contribute to branch growth. The role requires compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards, collaboration across Numerica business lines, and consistent use of the CARES Principles: Connect, Ask, Resolve, Elevate, and Strengthen. A high school diploma or GED is required. NMLS certification and a Notary Public license are required, or must be obtained within the designated timeframe. The position involves using computer and credit union systems, and requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and sit or stand for extended periods.
